Established in 2012, Ellie works from her home kitchen providing a personalised start to finish service ensuring that you receive the highest possible standards to fit your occasion. Specialist in plant based cookery, food art and sugar craft and with award winning recipes you will receive the best combination of design and taste. A regular supplier for clients with a variety of dietary requirements, Miss Ellie's caters for Vegan, Vegetarian and clients who need catering specific to their Religion, medical need or personal choice. Commissioned by a number of organisations including Culture Coventry, BBC, Imagineers Production Company, Coventry Cathedral, Vortex Creates, Shop Front Theatre, Outdoor Arts UK, Highly Sprung, Coventry University and Warwick University, Miss Ellie's of Coventry has an excellent portfolio of work demonstrating the breadth of her talent for working with food, connecting people and creating a truly unique experience. Miss Ellie's is also a co-producer for Tales from Coventry Tables, a funded commission exploring the links between food and storytelling. A number of food based projects have been commissioned working with some of the City's most vulnerable and isolated communities moving into 2022 with FEAST, a joint project with Miss Ellie's and The City of Culture Trust.
