Miss Ellie's is committed to eco friendly, sustainable practices which underpin all we do.  Being Plant based and vegetarian already cuts our Carbon Emissions but we do far more than this too:

All of our plates are bagasse which means they are 100% compostable and made from a renewable source.

All of our napkins are made from recycled materials and all of our cutlery is bamboo

​

All of our platters are made from 100% recycled material's and can be reused up to 100 times before being recycled again

​

Food is sourced locally to reduce road and  air miles

​

We don't use any products that contain Palm Oil

​

We dont use any single use plastic items

​

We reduce food waste by donating left over food and providing 'doggy bags' at events

​

We compost and run a very productive wormery to further reduce waste and put goodness back into the soil

​

We are investing in solar power for our refrigeration units 

​

We continue to introduce more plant based alternatives to our vegetarian offering with a view to being entirely plant based 

​

Our commitment is unwavering and we continually strive to improve our practice so that we can support our planet.
